WARRANTY

We thoroughly test each unit prior to shipping.  Circuits are fragile until installed into the emblem with epoxy. Use care during installation. NO WARRANTY IS PROVIDED.

RETURNS

 NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

PRICES, PRODUCTS, AND SHIPPING TIMES

 Typographical errors in descriptions and/or pricing are unintentional and are subject to corrections. Prices and products are subject to change without notification. Your credit card will be charged upon ordering. It is the buyers option and responsibility to determine what electrical source is most suitable to connect your Amp'd Emblem® to. Typical installation connection points include but are not limited to; the license plate light wires, the tail light wires, the side marker light wires, and the brake or third brake light wires. Access to these connection points is the responsibility of the buyer. Assistance may be offered by your vehicle's dealer or by a knowledgeable auto mechanic if difficulty is encountered. Amp'd Emblems LLC does not offer specific installation instructions on how to locate or access these connection points. 

 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 Under no circumstances shall Amp'd Emblems LLC, be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or any damages whatsoever arising from or connected with the installation, use, or misuse of any Amp'd Emblems LLC products. Amp'd Emblems LLC shall not have any obligation with respect to an Amp'd Emblems LLC product or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Buyer is responsible for determining the suitability and legality of the product for their intended use. Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities which may arise from any use of and installation of any Amp'd Emblems LLC product.

 SHIPPING PRICES

 When ordering, shipping prices will automatically be added to the item purchase price according to the shipping options selected. We currently ship by USPS. Signature confirmation may be added to your shipping order for the protection of Amp'd Emblems LLC and the buyer. At this time, Amp'd Emblems LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, and Canada. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 

SALES TAX

Amp'd Emblems LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped, if delivery is made to FL.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Amp'd Emblems LLC reserves the right to change these terms, conditions, and notices at any time.
